10jilicc Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Philippine Members

Access to and use of the 10jilicc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location. 10jilicc does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to register or use the platform, and any account found to belong to a minor will be suspended and closed without notice. We encourage all adults who share devices with minors to use available parental controls and to prevent underage access to the platform. If you are unsure about the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before using the platform. Age verification may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restrictions.

As a member of the 10jilicc platform, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You must not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical errors, use automated tools or bots, engage in collusion with other players, or take any action designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users. All information you provide to 10jilicc — including identity details submitted during any verification process — must be truthful and accurate; submitting false information is a breach of these terms and may lead to account termination. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any laws, regulations or restrictions applicable to you personally based on your location. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 10jilicc expects all members to treat the platform community and support staff with respect, and any abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour may result in immediate account suspension.

10jilicc processes deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) to serve members in the Philippines conveniently. All transaction requests are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the payment method you select, and these limits may be updated from time to time without advance notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider; however, occasional delays may occur due to third-party processing timelines that are outside of 10jilicc's direct control. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's standard processing schedule, and members may be required to complete identity or payment verification before a withdrawal is approved. 10jilicc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion where it determines that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity on the account. In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory concern, accounts may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice, and any funds held in the account may be withheld during that period. Any links to external websites or services are provided for informational convenience only, and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of or affiliation with those external parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed exclusively by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties, and you should review those documents independently before providing any personal or financial information to them. 10jilicc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with third-party service providers, even where those providers are integrated into the platform's payment or game delivery infrastructure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 10jilicc platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or regulatory bodies, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute. Where alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are available and applicable, 10jilicc encourages members to attempt resolution through the platform's support channel before escalating to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be excluded by contract. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
